Kelvin Hoefler won his first skateboard contest in Brazil when he was nine. Since then he has enetered and won many contests. In 2015 Kelvin qualified into SLS through Tampa Pro. He shook up the standings that year becoming the first SLS rookie ever to compete in every Final of a season. He made SLS history the same year by winning the Super Crown World Championship and the coveted title of being an SLS World Champion in his first season. In 2016, Hoefler took a brutal slam at Tampa Pro that put him out for the year with a leg injury. 2017 Kelivn had returned to his old form, taking notable finishes with a 4th at the Pro Open, 5th in Germany, and ultimatley taking 3rd overall at the Super Crown World Championship.
